In celebration of the 10th Anniversary of Gulf Stream’s Vintage Cruiser line, they have released an all-new Laura Ashley-Inspired travel trailer. Laura Ashley is an iconic fashion and home goods brand. The Laura Ashley Edition travel trailers pay tribute to the elegant style with the Newport Blue plaid exterior and floral interior styling. It fits within the nostalgic theme of the Vintage Cruiser line and adds the elegance of a country touch while paying homage to the Laura Ashley lines of products. The 23RSS is extremely well constructed, with a one-piece fiberglass roof and sidewalls. It has a lightweight six-sided welded aluminum frame and vacuum-bonded walls. It is a very durable and well-appointed travel trailer that will be a joy to pull to your favorite destinations. The trailer has a vintage bumper, diamond plate front and rear bottom exterior panels, trim, fender skirts, tongue and aluminum wheels that are all painted Newport Blue. It has chrome moon hubcaps to complete the vintage look. The exterior side walls are white fiberglass with Newport Blue trim and Newport Blue Plaid accents. It has an electric awning with LED lighting, exterior speakers, an exterior spray port, black tank flush, electric jack, front and rear stabilizers, and double-sided safety steps. There is a lighted pass-through storage compartment in the nose of the trailer, accessible from lockable compartment doors on each side. The 23RSS comes equipped with a 100W Solar Panel with a 30 AMP Controller for more primitive camping where electrical hookup is not available. A gas and electric tankless water heater ensures the water will stay as hot as you need it. The 23RSS comes equipped with 2 20lb propane tanks, has 21 gallons of fresh water and 33 gallon capacities for each of the black water and grey water tanks.
The interior of the 23RSS is where it really shines. The entryway opens into a dinette that folds into a bed, a jack-knife sofa, which also folds into a bed, and a nice kitchenette. It has plenty of storage compartments above the dinette and sofa. It also has a stereo receiver above the dinette. There is a swing-out wall mount for a television at the entryway, one of two in the trailer. There is another wall mount in the bedroom. The curtains in the trailer are Newport Blue Floral, and the trim on the upholstery in the dinette and the sofa are Newport Blue Plaid. The cabinetry is all a nice wood finish, and the flooring is a gray, wood-look vinyl. It all adds up to a really comfortable, homey-looking and feeling living space.
The kitchenette has a New Port Blue 8 cubic foot refrigerator and freezer. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, a three-burner stove, and an oven to round out the area where you can cook your meals, giving plenty of options. A spacious stainless steel sink affords ample room for cleanup. There is plenty of drawer space, overhead, and under-sink storage in the kitchenette area as well.
As you move forward to the front of the trailer, you will find the bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom features an indoor shower with a fabric soft shower door. The gravity flush toilet is closed off in its own door for privacy, and inside is a medicine cabinet and sink. A two-socket power outlet and under-sink storage round out the efficient toilet closet. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a premium foam mattress, overhead storage cabinets, a wardrobe on each side, and swivel lights with two light settings, featuring white and blue lights that are easily switchable.
